Nowadays, due to modern lifestyle peoples life is changing. In females these conditions can lead to amenorrhea. This is characterized by absence of menstrual cycle, can be due to hormonal imbalances or some medical problems. It occurs in females during the childbearing age who fails to menstruate. The hypothalamus is the part of the brain regulates the menstrual cycle. The pituitary gland lies below the hypothalamus at the base of the brain releases two hormones which regulate the female reproductive cycle.

Premature menopause: When a female attain menopause before the age of 40 known as premature menopause. When the ovaries are not functioning properly and stop producing eggs or produce very few eggs for years are characterized as premature menopause.
